Material Substitutions

Sana Commerce Cloud now supports the standard SAP S/4HANA Material Substitutions feature. It allows to automatically substitute one material for another when a customer creates an order.

This can be useful, for examples, to automatically offer an alternative material when the originally ordered material is out of stock, or to replace a discontinued material with a new one to avoid selling such material to customers.
