Functional and UI Improvements of the Sana Apps for SAP Fiori
SAP says that SAP Fiori provides an easier and more intuitive way to run SAP applications with a focus on an intelligent, consistent, and integrated user experience.
To meet SAP's high standards, we also strive to continuously improve our applications. This time, we made a lot of changes, both functional and UI, to about half of the Sana apps for SAP Fiori. Below are examples of some of the changes we have made:
- Startup Wizard and Webstore Configuration:
- Improved validation
- User interface improvements
- Functional improvements, for example:
- You can select localization separately from country.
- When you select the anonymous customer template, you can see only those customers who belong to the sales area of a webstore.
- Select which currencies and units of measure you want to use in your webstore. Previously, you had to add them one by one.
- Integrity Check:
- Removed job scheduler, the job runs immediately.
- All information is shown now in one window.
- Filter by check and status.
- Catalog Overview, Customer Overview, Order Overview, Attachment Overview:
- To make it easier for you to find the right data, we have improved the filters in the Sana apps for SAP Fiori. We have collected all the filters in one place. Previously, different filters were in two different places in the apps, and users didn't always know about all available filters.
- We have added two more filters to the Order Overview app:
- Sales Document – filter sales documents by document number.
- Document Category – filter sales documents by category: order, quote, promotable quote, and return order.
