Webstore Admin Account for Customer Impersonation
There is a customer impersonation feature which is a part of the shop accounts functionality in Sana. If customers face some difficulties in the checkout process, customer service representatives can impersonate customers and place the order on behalf of them. Customer service representatives can use this feature to troubleshoot problems using the customer’s account.
If a customer service representative impersonates a customer and places an order in the Sana web store, then the e-mail address of the web store administrator will be recorded now into the sales order in SAP Business One, in the Admin Account Email field. Using this field, a sales manager in SAP Business One can easily differentiate sales orders placed by the customer and customer service representative.
