Coupons

We continue to develop various discounts functionality which is mainly used in retail. This time we introduce the second most requested feature after mix & match discounts which is called Coupons.

A customer can enter a coupon in the shopping cart and get a discount similar to the discount codes created in Sana Admin.

Sana coupons from Microsoft Dynamics NAV:

• Can be created for all items (total order amount) or for specific items (per sales order line).
• Can be applied to specific items and items assigned to the item categories.
• Can be created for all customers or for a specific customer discount group.
• A coupon description is shown on the product details page in the Sana webstore.
• There can be multiple discounts for the same product – the standard NAV discounts and Sana’s coupons. Sana provides several options to calculate multiple discounts for the same product. You can calculate only Sana’s coupon, NAV can determine the best discounted price and apply it or sum up both discounts.
• You can make a coupon valid only for a certain period.
• You can copy a coupon and use it as a template if you need to create similar coupons.
