Check Items and Customers Indexability

All items and customers that are used by Sana are stored and managed in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. To allow customers to order items online in the Sana webstore, all customers and items which exist in your Microsoft Dynamics NAV system must be indexed. Sana can index items and customers which are stored in Microsoft Dynamics NAV if item and customer data is valid and does not contain special characters which are not allowed, for example in the names or IDs of the items and customers.

Using the Sana forms Webshop Catalog Overview and Webshop Customer Overview, you can now check whether there are any non-indexable customers and items. If there are any, you can see the non-indexable reason and fix the problem with an item or customer.
