Non-Indexable Reason for Customers

We added an extra field to the Webshop Customer Overview window in Microsoft Dynamics GP called Non-Indexable Reason. It indicates whether a customer is indexable or non-indexable. A customer can be non-indexable if there is a special character in the name or address of a customer that is not allowed. Non-indexable customers are not used by Sana, cannot log in to the webshop and place orders. This is an additional mechanism for verifying customer data.
