Sana User Role for Web Service User

We created a Sana-specific user role SC_USER that can be assigned to the user in Microsoft Dynamics GP. It can be assigned to the user that is used for Web service connection between Sana Commerce Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics GP. This user role provides limited required permissions for Sana to work with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

We created this role for security reasons because previously you could only use the POWERUSER with full access to Microsoft Dynamics GP. So, our customers who don’t want to use the POWERUSER for Sana can now use the SC_USER role. This role becomes available after installing Sana in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
