Coupons

We continue to develop various discounts functionality which is mainly used in retail. This time we introduce the second most requested feature after mix & match discounts which is called Coupons.

A customer can enter a coupon in the shopping cart and get a discount similar to the discount codes created in Sana Admin.

Sana coupons from Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations:

• Can be created for specific items and item categories.
• There can be multiple discounts for the same product – the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations discounts and Sana’s coupons. Sana provides several options to calculate multiple discounts for the same product. You can apply only Sana’s coupon, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations can determine the lowest or highest discounted price and apply it or sum up both discounts.
• You can make a coupon valid only for a certain period.
• You can copy a coupon and use it as a template if you need to create similar coupons.
