In e-commerce it is very important to make fast and data-driven decisions as it can drive more online sales. This is where e-commerce analytics can help as it allows to gather data that have an impact on your webstore.
In this release of Sana for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations we introduced webstore analytics.
Using the new feature Webshop management, you can now see the following from a single place:
- Number of webstore orders and quotations
- Number of pending webstore orders and quotations
- Number of declined webstore orders and quotations
- Number of draft webstore orders and quotations
- Number of daily submitted webstore orders and quotations
- Webstore orders monthly turnover (invoice amount and paid amount)
Here you can also open different sales documents created from the Sana webstore, webstore settings, etc.
