Coupons: Maximum Product Quantity

Before you could only specify the minimum quantity of a product a customer must purchase to qualify for a coupon discount. In addition to the minimum quantity, you can now also specify the maximum quantity of a product a customer must purchase to qualify for a coupon discount.
