Extended Logs for the Cleanup Draft Documents Job

Draft documents (orders or quotations) are created in Microsoft Dynamics AX when the order processing strategy that is optimized for large orders is used in Sana.

You can also create a job to automatically remove draft documents which are stored for a long time and are not fulfilled by the customers to release the reserved stock and remove the unnecessary data.

In this Sana release for Microsoft Dynamics AX we extended the logs of the Cleanup draft documents job so you can see more information about what this job is doing. Now you can see all draft orders and quotations that are removed by this job and the number of sales lines that are removed for each draft order or quotation.
