What’s New?
Baskets Created by Sales Agents Are Now Available on the "Abandoned Baskets" Page
When you want to make sure that your sales agents benefit from the webstore as much as your customers and become the ambassadors for e-commerce, it might be helpful to understand their online activity.
Thanks to a new change in Sana Commerce Insights, the Abandoned Baskets page includes details of baskets that belong to shop accounts of sales agents. Looking at the reported email addresses, you should be able to easily distinguish these baskets and you might wish to treat them separately when analyzing abandonment data.
Track Webstore Adoption with a New KPI – Percent Order Lines Online
It is important to consider a few different angles when looking at the adoption of your webstore. By popular demand, next to obvious KPIs such as Percent Orders Online and Percent Revenue Online, Sana Commerce Insights provides a new measure called Percent Order Lines Online. It can be found on the Revenue page.
Percent Online Lines Online, in other words, the percent of SKUs sold online might be a more informative indication of how much effort and cost you are able to save by giving your customers the option to order via Sana Commerce Cloud.
See How Many Visitors Used a Given Search Keyword Even if They Were Not Logged In to the Webstore
Following feedback from Sana Commerce Insights users, we have made minor changes to the Searches subpage that was released in Sana Commerce Insights 1.21. We have replaced the column indicating the number of shop accounts that searched using a given keyword with the number of visitors who searched with a given keyword.
This will be relevant for managers of open webstores where search events need not be associated with any shop account. You can now more easily track which items are the most interesting for your visitors.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue with the shop accounts table only including a limited number of shop accounts depending on whether their creation date fell within the date range of the report.
- Fixed the issue with the drill-through functionality not working in the Searches section of the Traffic Analytics page.
