What’s New?

General Information Import Task: Optimize Performance by Excluding Variant Components

In this release, we added a new Load variant components checkbox to the settings of the General information import task. This gives you more control over what data is retrieved from the ERP system during the task run, helping you optimize the task performance based on your specific business needs. If you don't use product variants, then you also don't need the variant components that exist in your ERP system. Disabling this checkbox can significantly improve the performance of the General information import task and make your data retrieval more efficient.

Bug Fixes

One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.

  • Fixed an issue where a customer deleted in the ERP system was still able to log in to the webstore.
  • Fixed an issue where videos on the product details page failed to load when multiple videos were added.
  • Fixed an issue where the webstore search failed when the search term contained the sharp S character (ß).
  • Fixed an issue in the new visual designer where moving an element caused page text to become selected.
  • Fixed an issue where the shopping cart line editor opened in the right-side panel instead of a new window after changing the language in the new visual designer.
  • Fixed an issue with silent authentication redirects causing users to be navigated to the home page instead of remaining on the product page after re-authenticating through SSO.
  • Fixed an issue where a webstore page could crash after adding a content element app through the visual designer. The issue occurred because additional fields were cloned during updates, causing the user state to change continuously. Content element apps that relied on user state were repeatedly re-triggered, causing an infinite update loop.
