Workflows

This release introduces Workflows, a powerful new feature that brings greater automation and flexibility to your e-commerce operations, helping you streamline processes and respond faster to your business needs.

Workflows enable you to drive proactive action from your insights. With rule-based workflows that run on a scheduled basis, you can automatically monitor webstore data, evaluate conditions, and trigger predefined actions, such as sending e-mail notifications or calling an external API, without manual intervention. Instead of relying on spreadsheets and manual follow-ups, workflows execute logic in the background, ensuring consistent and timely responses across your e-commerce operations.

By automating segmentation, proactive alerts, and structured follow-ups, workflows help you reduce missed opportunities, accelerate response times, and support revenue growth. Engaging buyers earlier and maintaining consistent outreach becomes a systematic process rather than a manual one.

Workflows are built around an intuitive, canvas-based workflow builder designed for business users. Through a visual, flowchart-style interface, you can configure scheduled triggers, retrieve webstore data, define conditions, and connect actions - all without complex development work. Workflows can be tested, adjusted, and published directly from Sana Admin, making it straightforward to scale automation across your organization.

Bug Fixes

One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.

  • Fixed an issue where the Product import task fails when the product group ID and product group title fields used for product grouping are of the Enum type.
