Learn about improvements and bug fixes in this release.
What’s New?
Although this release doesn't include any new functionality, our team is making solid progress on several significant features that are currently under development. These features involve extensive planning and implementation, and we're carefully laying the foundation to ensure their successful deployment in future releases.
In the meantime, this release focuses on delivering important technical updates, bug fixes, and security enhancements designed to maintain product stability and security. While these improvements operate behind the scenes and may not be immediately apparent to users, they are essential for ensuring consistent and reliable performance across all webstores.
We appreciate your continued trust and look forward to sharing more in the upcoming releases.
Bug Fixes
One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.
- Fixed an issue where customers in the ERP system with special characters in their IDs cannot be indexed, preventing them from being assigned to shop accounts in Sana Admin.
- Fixed an issue where the extra fields added to the sales order history and backorder lines pages are not shown in the visual designer on the Orders and Backorder lines system pages in Sana Admin.
- Fixed an issue with the product groups not being searchable in the webstore when product attributes created in Sana Admin are used to configure product grouping.
- Fixed an issue with the stock not showing on the Quote details page after submitting a quote that includes a pre-order product.
- Fixed an issue with an error showing in the shopping cart after adding a product when the Optimize for large orders strategy is used and a webstore is in maintenance mode.
- Fixed an issue with an error showing on the Shipping addresses tab on the Ordering page in Sana Admin when the multi-location stock feature is not available.
- Fixed an issue where text is not visible in the unit of measure selector in the Last viewed products section of the webstore.
- Fixed an issue with the incorrect behavior of collection locations in the webstore. When two collection locations are linked to the same external location, and a user selects the second location on the Collection location checkout step, then sets the external location as preferred, the selection incorrectly defaults to the first collection location, even though the second one also meets the criteria.
