Minor Webstore Design Enhancements

In this release, we have made minor design improvements to the webstore to further enhance the user experience. These changes help refine the look and feel of the webstore.

Input Fields and Search Bar Default Border Color

We have changed the default border color for input fields and the search bar to improve visibility and usability. This change ensures that users can clearly see the boundaries of these elements and easily identify where to interact with them. Now the default value for input fields and the search bar border color is #77777f.

To see the border color for input fields, in Sana Admin click: Design & Layout > Themes > Form elements. Navigate to the Input field colors section.

To see the search bar border color, in Sana Admin click: Design & Layout > Themes > Components. Navigate to the Search box section.

Product Quantity Selector

We have made improvements to the design of the product quantity selector to ensure it blends seamlessly with the overall webstore design. We implemented a new section with settings called Quantity selector in Themes, allowing you to modify the appearance of the quantity selector.

To style the product quantity selector, in Sana Admin click: Design & Layout > Themes > Buttons. Navigate to the Quantity selector section.

These refinements contribute to a more polished and user-friendly experience.

Bug Fixes

One of the benefits of the minor releases on a regular basis is that you constantly receive bug fixes. Below you can see the list of some bugs that we fixed in this release. We do not add all bug fixes, but only the most important ones, since there are many technical fixes, minor design fixes, or performance-related fixes that we do not add to the release notes.

  1. Fixed an issue with the product page template that can be assigned only to the first 2000 products instead of all applicable products.
  2. Fixed an issue where the content preset is not being added to the content page.
  3. Fixed an issue with the product page template assignment. The filter value changes after the filter expression is defined and the assignment process is started.
  4. Fixed an issue with the product list page not saving when it is modified, and the non-unique page URL is fixed.
  5. Fixed an issue where the quantity and price of the BOM components are not updated in the shopping cart after BOM item explosion.
  6. Fixed an issue where a product disappears from the shopping cart after a discount code is applied.
  7. Fixed an issue with the product sales price in the webstore not displaying correctly when the price has more than two decimal places.
  8. Fixed an issue with viewing the product list page from Sana Admin for the disabled webstore language.
  9. Fixed an issue with the error occurring after transferring the shopping cart using the punchout service when a supplementary item set as invisible in the ERP system is included in the cart.
