Supported SAP ERP Versions
To secure data communications between Sana Commerce Cloud and SAP using SSL, the server which hosts the SAP Web service must support TLS 1.2. The SAP Web service must run over HTTPS. TLS 1.2 is available on Windows Server 2008 R2 and higher. It is not available on Windows Server 2008 by default, but you can install an update to add support for TLS 1.2 on Windows Server 2008. Sana Commerce Cloud provides seamless integration with both SAP ECC versions - SAP Business Suite & SAP Business All-in-One.
Your SAP ERP system must be deployed on the technology platform such as SAP NetWeaver. The Sana Commerce Cloud add-on for SAP has basic compatibility with any database your SAP ERP is connected to, such as Hana, SQL, DB2, Oracle, etc.
Sana Commerce Cloud supports the following versions of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC:

SAP ERP versions lower than ECC 6.0 (e.g. R/3) are not supported.
If you have questions regarding Sana Commerce Cloud availability for the SAP ERP version that is not supported by default, please contact Sana Commerce.
Industry-specific SAP ECC features, such as product variants in SAP ERP for Fashion, are not supported by Sana Commerce Cloud out of the box.
How to Find Your SAP Version
You may need to know the version of your SAP system to check its compatibility with Sana Commerce Cloud and when contacting our support team.
To find out your SAP version:
Step 1: Log in to your SAP client.
Step 2: Click: System > Status.
Step 3: In the System: Status window, click Details next to the Product Version field.
Step 4: In the Installed Software window, click Installed Product Versions. Here you can see the version of your SAP system.

SAP Fiori Launchpad Supported Browsers
We do not recommend using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge to work with the SAP Fiori applications. Some applications may not work correctly in these web browsers. Therefore, it is better to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
