Supported Microsoft Dynamics AX Versions

To secure data communications between Sana Commerce Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics AX using SSL, the server which hosts the Microsoft Dynamics AX Web service must support TLS 1.2. TLS 1.2 is available on Windows Server 2008 R2 and higher. It is not available on Windows Server 2008 by default, but you can install an update to add support for TLS 1.2 on Windows Server 2008. For more information, refer to the Sana Commerce Cloud installation manual for your Microsoft Dynamics AX version.

By default, Sana Commerce Cloud supports the following versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX with the latest Cumulative Update (CU):
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
To integrate Sana Commerce Cloud with a different version (lower) of Microsoft Dynamics AX, you have the option to downgrade it independently. If you cannot do it by yourself and require assistance with the downgrade process, please reach out to Sana Commerce for expert consultation and pricing.
