Issue with Upgrading SAP Business One

Symptom

When you run the SAP Business One Upgrade or Setup Wizard, you can encounter one of the following errors in the SAP Business One Upgrade log or Precheck report:

1. -1, sqlState: 23000, nativeErr: 2627, errText:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'CUFD_PRIMARY'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CUFD'.

2. UDF in Marketing Document BP Address was found
