Issue with Effective Price of a Business Partner

Symptom
Effective Price set to either Lowest Price or Highest Price for a business partner leads to an error. SAP Business One returns the price successfully, if Default Priority is used. This is a known issue in SAP Business One. It was fixed in SAP Business One 9.3 PL 05.
