Set Up SAP Business One User Authorizations for Sana
This article provides information about SAP Business One user authorizations required for the Sana Commerce Cloud add-on.
SAP Business One users who are using the Sana add-on must have Full Authorization to certain SAP Business One master data to use the Sana add-on in SAP Business One.
In the table below you can see SAP Business One objects for which the SAP Business One user must have Full Authorization to work with the Sana add-on.

To set up Full Authorization for the required SAP Business One objects, go to: Administration > System Initialization > Authorizations > General Authorizations.
In the Authorizations window find the following subjects and make sure that Full Authorization is selected for these subjects:

Sales – AR > Sales Order
- Administration > Setup > General > Sales Employees/Buyers
