Prerequisites

Before installing the Sana add-on on the SAP Business One workstation, check the prerequisites:

Back up your SAP Business One company database. The database is always at risk of damage and data loss. Therefore, you need to back up your database to be able to recover it if something goes wrong.
Check whether the SBO DI Server service is available and running.
