Preparing Microsoft Dynamics AX Server for Sana Installation

Microsoft Dynamics AX is a complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for mid-sized and large organizations that automates and streamlines business processes and helps you manage your business.

Dynamics AX is a Microsoft product. Therefore, installation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics AX is the responsibility of Microsoft Certified Partners and Microsoft Dynamics AX administrators, but not Sana.

If you do not already have Microsoft Dynamics AX and all required components installed or have some problems with configuring it, please refer to the official Microsoft documentation for Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics AX 2009 or contact your ERP partner.

Sana can be connected to Microsoft Dynamics AX using either the Sana Web services or the standard AX Web Services on IIS (AIF Web services) and AX .NET Business Connector. Use this installation manual if you plan to connect Sana to Microsoft Dynamics AX using the standard AX Web service on IIS (AIF Web services) with AX .NET Business Connector.

This installation manual provides only some topics which are necessary to check to make sure that your Microsoft Dynamics AX is ready to install Sana on top of it, but not how to install and configure Microsoft Dynamics AX.
