Sales Document Dates Mapping [Cloud]

Any sales document in SAP Business One Cloud has different dates, for example the date when the document is created, or the products are to be delivered to a customer.

These dates are also shown in the sales document details in the Sana web store.

In Sana for SAP Business One Cloud you cannot set up date mapping as in Sana for SAP Business One on-premise. Instead, in Sana for SAP Business One Cloud date mapping is preconfigured and you cannot change it.

Below you can see how Sana uses document dates from SAP Business One Cloud.

Sales Quotation

Customers can create sales quotations in the Sana web store and see them on the My quotes page. Sales quotations created by the customers from the Sana web store are stored in SAP Business One.

Sales quotations created from the Sana web store will follow date mapping as in the table below.

• Sana Web Store Field represents the list of date fields that customers can see in the sales quote details in the Sana web store.

• Marketing Document represents the document type from which the dates are retrieved in SAP Business One.

• SAP Business One Date Field represents the list of date fields of the Marketing Documents in SAP Business One.

If a customer creates a promotable quotation (the one which can be converted to a sales order) in the Sana web store, the requested delivery date will be stored in the user-defined field Requested Delivery Date of the sales quotation.

Promised Delivery Date is stored in the user-defined field in SAP Business One. Promised Delivery Date can be changed in SAP Business One and this date will be the actual delivery date for sales quotations created by the customer.

Sales Orders

Customers can create sales orders in the Sana web store and see them on the My orders page. Sales orders created by the customers from the Sana web store are stored in SAP Business One.

Sales orders created from the Sana web store will follow date mapping as in the table below.
