Tracking Numbers
You can add a tracking number to a sales order in Microsoft Dynamics GP, and give your customers the benefit of tracking their orders.
To add a tracking number to a sales order, in Microsoft Dynamics GP click: Sales > Sales Transaction Entry. Open the necessary order and on the action pane click: Go To > User Defined. Enter the tracking number in the Tracking Numbers field.
The tracking number from the sales order in Microsoft Dynamics GP is shown in the sales order details in the Sana webshop.
So, customers can access their order history in the Sana webshop, check the sales order details and if there is a tracking number, customers can enter it on the delivery service website that is used to deliver the package to check the status of their shipment.
