Sana Admin User Role

In Microsoft Dynamics GP click: Administration > Setup > System > User Security.

In the User Security Setup window, you can see the list of roles that can be assigned to the user who accesses Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Sana provides the ADMIN_SANA user role to improve security in Microsoft Dynamics GP. The user with the ADMIN_SANA role has limited rights and can be used only for the work with Sana in Microsoft Dynamics GP. This role has limited permissions and gives access only to the Sana Commerce Cloud add-on in Microsoft Dynamics GP and other standard functionality required for Sana, such as items, customers, and sales transactions, but not all. Most likely, you will need to use the ADMIN_SANA user role in combination with other standard Microsoft Dynamics GP user roles depending on the functionality you need access to.
