Sana being the ERP integrated e-commerce solution uses pricing logic of Microsoft Dynamics GP. This means that all prices are managed and calculated in Microsoft Dynamics GP and are used by Sana.

When a customer adds a product to the shopping cart, this triggers pricing calculation logic in Microsoft Dynamics GP. This means, that GP calculates all prices, taxes and discounts, and a customer can see it in the shopping cart of the Sana webshop.

If a customer has a trade discount set in Microsoft Dynamics GP, it will be applied to all items purchased by this customer.

 

If trade discount is set for a customer, the discount amount of the order total will be calculated and shown in the shopping cart as invoice discount.
