Webshop Catalog Overview
WATCH THE VIDEO
The Webshop catalog overview form in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations simulates the webshop behavior and it is used to check and see an overview of all product prices, inventory on-hand, last modified date of a product, products orderability, indexibility and visibility. If the product is non-orderable or non-indexable, you can see the non-orderable or non-indexable reasons and fix them if necessary.
To see an overview of the webshop catalog in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, click: Webshop > Common > Webshop catalog overview.

Retail
-
If you use product assortments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, then if the retail functionality is enabled and a retail store with product assortments is assigned to the webshop, you will see product assortments in the Webshop Catalog Overview window. The retail assortments are shown in the Webshop Catalog Overview window starting from Sana Commerce Cloud 10.0.30 in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
-
If retail discounts are enabled for a Sana webshop, they will be calculated and applied to the item prices in the Webshop Catalog Overview window, so Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations users can see the actual sales prices. Only simple retail discounts can be applied to the prices in Webshop Catalog Overview window, but not those which require a certain combination of products to apply a discount, for example mix & match discounts.
