Webshop Integrity Check

Use Webshop Integrity Check in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to check whether the main settings required for the correct functioning of a Sana webshop are configured correctly.

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central click on the search button and enter Webshops. Select your webshop and on the Navigate tab, click Webshop Integrity Check.

You can run all available checks simultaneously or you can select the necessary checks and validate the required settings.

We recommend to validate webshop settings after you install the Sana add-on into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and configure your webshop using the Sana Commerce Startup Wizard.

If you have several webshops, you can validate each webshop separately.

Field Description
Operation The settings in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that are validated.
Status The status of the operation.
Message Description of the settings or the warning / error message in case the operation failed.

If you need to get more information about the settings that are validated by the operation, select the operation and click on the Help Site button on the Navigation tab to open the relevant help site article.

Items and Customers Indexability

You can check which customers or items are non-indexable, by clicking Not Indexable Customers or Not Indexable Items on the Navigate tab.

If a product or customer is non-indexable, you can see reason of this and fix it if necessary. Those products and customers which cannot be indexed by Sana because of the special characters are not shown in the Sana webshop.
