1. Description of Services

Hosting of the Sana Commerce Cloud solution is included in the Sana Commerce license. Our team of hosting experts provide quick deployment, connecting the Sana Commerce Cloud solution to the Internet and, more importantly, to your ERP system. In addition, our team professionally manages and maintains the hosting environment 24/7.

  • There are three types of the hosting services that we provide depending on your Sana Commerce package: Essential, Pro or Advanced.
  • Once you reach the hosting capacity of your license package, Sana Commerce will contact you to upgrade to another package or help you reduce your usage.
  • Setup in a datacenter closest to your ERP location.

While providing hosting services for the Sana Commerce Cloud solution, Sana Commerce is responsible for operation and maintenance of the hosting environment, including the services described in the table below. Sana Commerce Cloud hosting is based on the Microsoft Azure services along with our own services.

Multi-installation supportClosed
With Sana Commerce you can have multiple "instances" (formerly called frameworks). The main reasons for setting up multiple instances are:

1. Multi-region ERP installation
1.1. Network latency and performance (e.g., one ERP in the EU and one in the U.S.): Sana Commerce Cloud works faster when hosted closer to the customer's ERP
1.2. Data residency requirements: When regulations require a company to store certain data in a certain country
2. Company uses both Microsoft Dynamics and SAP ERPs
3. Different business units that aren't allowed to see each other's data and want to execute their own customization route
4. Conflicting customizations, such as one instance fully focused on B2C and the other on B2B

Advanced securityClosed
Sana Commerce offers enhanced website security using a first-in-its-class Cloud Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) with full support of API technologies including REST, SOAP, WebSocket, graphQL and gRPC, powered by our partner Wallarm. The WAAP scans all incoming traffic and determines whether it is legitimate or malicious.
