Are you enthusiastic about our product and services? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager, Sales contact or customercommunication@sana-commerce.com to let us know that you want to help us out. Here are some examples of what you can do:
- Post an online review about Sana on Capterra or G2
- Present about your Sana journey at one of our (online) events and webinars
- Share one of our blogs or events on LinkedIn
- Refer a potential new customer to us through our official Customer Referral Program
Make your Customer Success or Sales contact aware of your efforts so we can sign you up for the Super Star Program. You will receive an email notification when you reach one of our advocate levels.
How to Stay in the Super Star Program
Are you one of our Super Stars? And do you want to stay in our program? We take pride in our active advocate community. For this reason, the Super Star program is a two-way street. So how does that work?
- We will reach out by email or via your Customer Success Manager if we can use your help
- You will stay part of the program when you help us out with an advocacy "ask" at least once a year
- We will notify you when your status is about to expire
- Enjoy the benefits
